Product Details

1. The company produces a single door 32 tray (a frame) and double door 64 tray (two frames) supporting the use of rotary oven, the whole rack fermentation, convenient and practical.

2. The proofer is made of selected stainless steel, which is durable, clean and healthy. The internal reasonable set of air outlet holes, so that the fermentation cabinet effect is more uniform.

3. Carbon fibre heating tube is used for faster heating, and the hot air circulating structure makes the waking bread even and consistent.

4. Adopting computer panel control, precise temperature control, humidity and temperature can be adjusted.

5. According to the customer's demand, we can design and customise different specifications of the proofer.
