Henny Penny Chicken Fryer

Whether it's your local fried chicken joint or a busy fast-service restaurant, a Henny Penny Chicken Fryer can help you serve healthier, better tasting fried foods. That's because cooking under pressure enables lower temperatures and faster cook times to meet peak demand, while sealing in flavors and reducing oil absorption into food. This is why Henny Penny introduced commercial pressure frying to the industry more than 50 years ago.

A standard fryer can hold up to five or six gallons of oil. That oil must be changed twice a week, which can add up to a lot of money spent on labor and supplies. A Henny Penny gas pressure fryer can cook the same amount of food with less oil, saving you money.

The Henny Penny PFG 600 gas pressure fryer uses energy efficient heat transfer to produce among the lowest average exhaust gas temperatures in the industry, which translates to higher throughput, reduced energy costs and longer frying oil life. Its rectangular fry pot, patented color keyed lid lock and spindle, heavy duty hinge and raised edge on the fryer deck provide superior strength and durability. The fryer's Computron 8000 control provides automatic, programmable operation as well as energy-saving filtration and cook management functions.

The iControl enables operators to choose from a variety of programmable cook cycles for optimal results, and features an easy-to-read LED display that displays temperature and time. A user-friendly oil filtration system with (2) filter pads and Filter Beacon ensures the proper level of oil is maintained throughout use. Four swivel and two locking casters make it easy to move the fryer from one area to another when not in use, and the fryer is also stackable for efficient storage. This unit requires a three phase 208V connection to operate.
